EDIT 5/27/08
Well, I was sifting through a few of my pieces on my computer and noticed a rather large gray splotch in the background of this image that somehow no one noticed. I suppose it looked intentional almost, but I assure you, it was not. It was actually rather embarrassing for me to find that! So I found the problem and erased it, I guess that somewhere in my 20 some layers I just messed up! I also re-shaded the horns since a few people thought they were too bright compared to the rest of the image and added my personal “Kadarami” signature instead of typing my name in some strange font. I also uploaded a higher quality version since the other version was lesser quality to speed up full-viewing/downloading. It made the background too muddy though, so I thought I would let everyone see it the way it should be.

I've already been told the shading is a little weird XD!
It took me sooo long to think up a decent bg for this, and I had so many layers: faint: I don’t think I’ve ever had this many layers in Paintshop on one image before!
Anyway, here’s Dirge! I did a charcoal piece of him a long time ago, but for those of you who don’t know his story: Dirge is a dog who was experimented upon in a race to find a way to create “soldiers” out of stray dogs. However, the experiment failed and Dirge was cast away into a dark cell, so that the scientists could forget and hide their failure. Until one day, he escaped…
And perhaps I’ll illustrate more of his story later

I’ve been sitting down and working on this little by little for the last two weeks. I don’t think I’ve ever spent so long on a digital picture before!
